Training and On-site Walk Through Inefficient energy use results in unnecessary depletion of fossil fuels, ecological damage from resource extraction, and power plant emissions that contribute to acid rain, smog, regional haze, and global climate change. This training will provide education on energy basics and cost-saving energy efficiency opportunities in commercial buildings and industrial operations. It will address: Building Envelope, Lighting, HVAC, Pumps, Motors, Compressors, and Boilers. A facility walk through will provide hands on training related to energy efficiency opportunities and technologies for commercial buildings applicable to industrial, office, retail, service, restaurant, and warehouse facilities. An optional happy hour informal question and answer session will follow. |
