GLRPPR is a professional organization dedicated to promoting information exchange and networking to pollution prevention (P2) professionals in the Great Lakes regions of the United States and Canada. GLRPPR developed and maintains the Mercury-Health Care Topic Hub, and provides further information on mercury and other pollution prevention topics of interest in the sector resource section of its web site.

Printers may be certified as a Great Printer after submitting a written pollution prevention plan and committing to implement additional pollution prevention projects annually.

PrintSTEP Program: St. Paul, MN 800-657-3864 or Ask for: Brian Livingston Minnesota, along with New Hampshire and Missouri, were chosen by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to conduct an innovative pilot program called Printers Simplified Total Environmental Partnership, or PrintSTEP. The project is funded by a grant from the EPA and by MPCA support.
