2.  CCAR-Greenlink

The Coordinating Committee For Automotive Repair (CCAR®) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation established in 1994. At that time, 38 national organizations in the automotive trade, representing all segments of the service and repair industry, joined together to form CCAR, and today the organization has more than 200 affiliate organizations.

3.  CCAR-GreenLink - Coordinating Committee For Automotive Repair

CCAR-GreenLink is the National Environmental Compliance Assistance Center for Auto Repair. The service is an easy-to-use, free source of compliance assistance and pollution prevention information for automotive service and collision repair professionals. CCAR-GreenLink provides technicians with environmental programs and pollution prevention materials detailing how to best handle federal environmental problems such as chemical spills or how to properly dispose of used oil or used batteries. It also refers users to sources of state and local compliance information.

7.  Steel Recycling Institute - National Headquarters

The North American steel industry annually recycles millions of tons of steel scrap from recycled cans, automobiles, appliances, construction and other steel products. This scrap is remelted to produce new steel. This means that all new steel is made with recycled steel.

The Steel Recycling Institute (SRI), a unit of the American Iron and Steel Institute, is an industry association that promotes and sustains the recycling of all steel products. The SRI educates the solid waste industry, government, business and ultimately the consumer about the benefits of steel's infinite recycling cycle.
