The Pacific Association of Building Service Contractors (PABSCO) and the Environmental Services Department of the City of San Jose hosted a Conference Workshop in September 1999 addressing waste management, recycling and hazardous chemical handling issues.
 
The project team was asked to present in a breakout session about handling hazardous janitorial products. The format was a shortened version of the workshop hosted on July 29th.
